Fall Colour Tour - Sunday, Oct. 18

We now have a date for this year's Fall Colour Drive.  It will be Sunday, October 18, departing at noon, drivers meeting at 11:15 am. We will muster in the Meijer parking lot at Eight Mile and Haggerty in Northville. 

We will tour Hines Drive, stop for cider at Three Cedars Farm, then dine at Guernsey Farm Dairy.

Here's a summary of the route and timing:

11:15 am - START from Meijer Parking Lot, 20401 Haggerty Rd, Northville. 

11:45 am (5.2 miles) - Haggerty East Parking Lot, Edward N Hines Dr, Plymouth.

     -- Rally point: We will pause briefly here to collect stragglers.

12:05 pm (16.9 miles) - Parkland Pavillion Shelter, 6378-14366 Edward N Hines Dr, Dearborn Heights.

     -- Rally point: We will loop through this parking lot to turn around on Hines Drive.

12:15 pm (20.7 miles) - Perrin Recreation Area, 27526-27620 Edward N Hines Dr, Westland

     -- Rally point: We will stop here for a brief rest break. Latecomers can join us here before our departure at...

12:30 pm -- DEPART Perrin Recreation Area, headed WEST on Hines Dr.

12:55 pm (33.8 miles) -- DEPART Hines Drive. Head West on Seven Mile Rd.

1:10 pm (41.4 miles) -- ARRIVE Three Cedars Farm, 7897 Six Mile Rd, Northville. Cider and Donuts. Yay!

1:55 pm -- DEPART Three Cedars Farm to loop around Whitmore Lake and proceed to Guernsey Farms Dairy in Novi.

2:05 pm (49.3 miles) -- Seven Mile Rd ends. Head north on E. Shore Dr. to begin our loop back to Guernsey.

-- We will take Nine Mile to Dixboro to Eight Mile to Novi Rd to Guernsey.

2:35 pm (66.0 miles) -- ARRIVE Guernsey Farm Dairy, 21300 Novi Rd, Northville. Food. Yay!
